Wednesday, June 22 at Customer Contact Week 2022 onstage at Ceasar’s Forum in Las Vegas, United Airlines and NLX announced they are partnering to work on automated multimodal customer service solutions.
United Airlines is using NLX's multimodal Conversational AI technology to automate customer inquiries about flight cancellations, accessibility requirements, and more.
