Hello there -

Another month has gone by and there is so much to share! This month’s friends and family newsletter is brimming with news, awards, and more.

But before we dig in, we want to take a moment to extend our deepest condolences to the friends, family, and community impacted by the heinous shootings at the Uvalde, Texas Robb Elementary School and at the Buffalo, New York Tops Market. Our hearts go out to the victims and their loved ones.

Leading in the CAI Industry:

Building on last month’s speech at Project Voice, NLX CEO and Chief Product Officer Andrei Papancea continues to share his views on leadership in the Conversational AI industry.

His latest article, hot off the press in Entrepreneur, articulates the unique human-like, yet not human, nature of Conversational AI and how a focus on people will lead to the best success.
