Whether it’s the leaves falling here in New York or the fact that Thanksgiving is here, November has us at NLX reflecting on all the things we are grateful for this year.
This past year has been a momentous year for NLX! We kicked off the year by announcing our $5M seed funding in January, celebrating our fourth birthday in March, and hosted our first official class of interns this summer. We’ve added nearly a dozen new people to our team and are working with some amazing new clients, partners, and investors. NLX has upgraded the Conversations by NLX platform to be even easier to use, added some cool new features, and plenty more integrations.
Of course not all of 2022 was all rainbows and butterflies - we put in a lot of hard work and busted through some challenging times - but we came out stronger on the other side. And we have our brilliant NLX team, and all of our amazing clients, partners, and investors to thank.
However, the year’s not over yet! The momentum from this year is continuing to carry through these last two months, and I’m grateful for what’s to come.
This week we launched a year-long project - The Showroom - an interactive Travel and Hospitality experience of NLX's multimodal, chat, and voice capabilities when paired with AWS (more below)! We’re heading to AWS re:Invent later this month to meet new partners and we’re continuing to launch and expand with our current partners.
There have been so many good things that have propelled us forward, and so many good things are still to come. And in this present moment, we're grateful for all of it. Thank YOU!

Introducing The Showroom
This week, we launched The Showroom - a live, interactive, and personalized travel and hospitality customer self-service experience showcasing best-in-class conversational AI.
The demo experience allows you to test drive what end-to-end, personalized, automated conversations look like on a fully qualified Conversational AI platform, illustrated through use cases like check-in, upgrade booking, cancel reservation, and more!
The launch kicked off with an open letter to the United States Secretary of Transportation - The Honorable Pete Buttigieg - about how airlines should provide better customer support. The letter was featured in Aviation Source news and is gaining traction on Andrei's LinkedIn. (Read the letter here!)
