The latest 🚨
NLX-Lex Multimodal Webinar
Earlier this month, NLX's CEO and Chief Product Officer, Andrei Papancea, alongside Amazon Lex's Head of Product, Ruhaab Markas, presented a demonstration on the implementation of a multimodal manage flight experience.
The presentation provided an in-depth walkthrough on replicating a similar self-service experience, while also highlighting industry-specific use cases and best practices for developing multimodal self-service experiences. Andrei and Ruhaab also addressed some of the audience's most pressing questions on things like translation and response time.
NLX is excited to announce that customers can now access a collection of large language models (LLMs) from inside of our platform, Conversations by NLX. While everyone has rushed to incorporate OpenAI's GPT-3 and GPT-4 LLM into their products (including us), we believe it's important to offer a wide variety of options to serve our enterprise customers' needs. New integrations include Cohere, BLOOM, and AlexaTM 20B.
We are particularly excited about Cohere because of its fitness for enterprises. Cohere can be deployed on public, private, or hybrid clouds to ensure data security standards are met or exceeded which is something we're always looking for.
It’s rarely the case for enterprises that customer data is easy to access, derive insight from, and act on in a short period. However, enterprise customers who can quickly anticipate and act rapidly on emerging customer needs will develop a major competitive advantage in their respective industries.
In our latest blog post, NLX's Chief Growth Officer Derrick Bradley shares how NLX is innovating to help give businesses an edge, including:
Auditing your current implementation
Retraining existing intents
